Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Steve is a long time resident of Northern Virginia. He attended Fairfax County Schools and received a BS in Biology from George Mason University. Although interested in Photography since his teens, it was not until well after his graduation from college that Steve pursued his passion for documentary photography.

In business since 1993, Steve provides a wide-range of expert services to business, charitable and professional organizations. His clients include well-known corporations, law firms, private and public schools and political groups. He has done extensive work for major art galleries and museums in the Washington, DC area. His work in this area involves photographing meetings and special events as well as informal portraits and formal corporate "head shots" of executives and organization leaders.

Steve also does a substantial amount of work for individuals and families, including photographing weddings, religious ceremonies, special events and family portraits. He has a special interest in photographing family pets and other animals.

Finally, Steve has an impressive body of Fine Art Photography that focuses on street scenes. Because he has traveled extensively in Europe, China, Russia and the United States, his work includes shots from many venues. Many of these photographs have been acquired by professional designers for use in fine homes and businesses.
